To get a proper support for the license issue I tried to reach the syntellect support call center.
- step I was connected to the support team in UK. They told me that licence file problems are managed by the US.
- After a long while waiting in the line I got the hint to visit the home-page. There should be a number written for the US support.
- Insisting getting a speficic number to the right people I got the number of the support center of the US
Somehow frustrated I stopped my activities to find help …
