wow – receiving the xmas-whishes from our support partner (www.bressner.eu) for our envox syntellect platform should have been a hint that the entire company is unavailable – including the support team!!!
Unfortunatly we still have the problem that our purchased and permanent license file swaps to a temporay license file without any reasons. Hence our entire systems is disconnecting from the network and our services are unreachable.
To know that we have purchased a “premium support package” does really hurt!!
